Step 2: Resolution Timeline

We work to resolve most complaints within 7–10 working days. If your concern relates to a specific fund house, we'll coordinate with the AMC's investor service team on your behalf.

Step 3: SEBI SCORES

If unresolved, you may escalate to SEBI's official investor grievance portal, SCORES (SEBI Complaints Redress System), the regulator's designated channel for this purpose.
